Born and raised in the Forest City, I knew London for me was going to be home. Growing up I was always an entrepreneur, Infact, I got into real estate at the age of 18 when I purchased my first home. At that moment I knew Real Estate was the career for me. I went on to obtain my licence at the age of 21 and have been trading in Real Estate ever since. Being someone who entered the real estate market at a young age, I have gained so much personal experience and knowledge over the years. Trading in real estate transactions such as buying and selling single family residential, condominiums, new build, multi family investments, student rental, family rental, rural property with acreage (including farms) and commercial properties. Over the years as my career was blossoming and my investment portfolio was expanding, I decided to start my own legacy and help mentor those starting out in their new Real Estate career. In 2018, Maverick Real Estate Inc was born and the rest has been history. In our short 2 years we have sold hundred’s of properties, hit an all time high for referrals and now have a tight knit team of 6 licenced Real Estate Agents. With over 9 years of experience in the business, I have created valuable relationships with many professionals in the industry. Whether it’s finding a mortgage broker, home inspector or stager to; referring you to a lawyer, moving company or contractor; I have the right contacts to help ease the flow of your real estate transaction.
