I service London, and pretty well anywhere inside an hour radius of London, including not limited to St. Thomas, Port Stanley, Aylmer, Southwold, Delaware, Strathroy, Ailsa Craig, Ilderton, Lucan, Thamesford, Thorndale, MIddlesex County, Oxford County, Elgin County, as well as Huron County- To give you a general idea, and with that being said I think it is fair to say 75% of my work is done between London and St. Thomas, naturally. First of all, let me say that I LOVE what I do, and I always have. I got my real estate licence when I was 22 years old - in fact wrote my first test when I was 18, but felt that may be a little premature, so I waited a few years to grow as a person and gain some more life experiences before completing my courses. A career in Real Estate was something that I knew I wanted to pursue at a young age, and I take pride in the fact I am now entering my 14th year in real estate at 35 years old, where the studies clearly show, the majority of people who obtain their real estate licence will leave the business within the first two years. It is a career full of challenges, constant changes, market ups and downs, etc.. which I see as a beautiful thing, because that means there is a huge opportunity for personal and professional growth inside this business, and I feel that each year I am in this business, I learn so much, constantly sharpening my skill set while meeting and working with tons of amazing new clients and professional contacts. I believe that monetarily, most people view their home as their number 1 financial asset, and it is so important that each and every person who hires a professional real estate agent gets the service they deserve when making decisions on purchasing and or selling this asset. The fact that my business is predominantly fed by repeat and referral clients is a constant reminder to me how much I value my clients, and how important it is to make sure each and every client deserves to be treated honestly, fairly, with transparency, and to work with an experienced, competent realtor who can ensure a smooth transaction with minimal to no headaches or stresses. My area of expertise ranges anywhere from single family residential resale, condominiums (apartment hi-low rise, townhome, and detach freehold), New build single family, multi family investment (including not limited to mix use commercial/ residential buildings), student rental, family rental, rural property with acreage including farms, and other specific needs one may have inside the scope of a real estate sale or acquisition. Over the last 13 years in this business I have formulated a fantastic team of trusted professional contacts incredibly important to a real estate sale and or acquisition including mortgage brokers, real estate lawyers, home inspectors, insurance brokers, appraisers, moving companies, home stagers, contractors... and many more.
